Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organized.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and staff calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
- Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Monitor and restock office supplies and stationery.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when required.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding and staff documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting rooms when necessary.
- Maintain attendance records and visitor logs.
- Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or petty cash duties.
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and policies.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers.
- Manage office equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Provide administrative support to management and departments.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ensure excellent customer service and positive client experience.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / BSc
- 1–2 years of experience in an admin/front desk role
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & email handling
- Well-presented and professional
