Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day front office operations and ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.
- Supervise front desk staff, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, handling guest concerns, and maintaining accurate records.
- Trains new staff, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with hotel policies
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs and maintain a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 3 years of previous work experience in similar role
- Must be professional, organized, and capable of resolving issues quickly while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment.
