Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Listen to Customer concerns, answer questions, and provide information about the company’s services.
- Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Make service recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Sort articles before tagging, separating them by fabric, color, cleaning technique, or dirt content for chemical application.
- Sort and weigh articles by issuing the right invoice and customer’s name with the necessary details.
- Paying attention to proper details and being accurate with the customer’s expected time of pick-up
- Inform existing customers of promotions and deals such as; an increase in price updates and discounts or bonuses.
- Maintain front desk area and ensure it is presentable
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar front desk role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of laundry operations and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to lift up to 10kg and work in a fast-paced environment
- HND/BSc in a relevant field
- Must be 28years old
- Must be living in Abraham Adesanya Axis
- Must be willing to work Monday-Saturday (8AM-8PM) and Sunday (8AM-11AM)
