Our Front Desk Officer is the first face our baddies see when they step into The Baddie Lab Lagos. You'll set the tone for their luxurious, empowering, and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door until they leave feeling amazing.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and check in clients, making them feel instantly welcome.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling through AestheticsPro.
  • Efficiently answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately manage payments, issue receipts, and handle daily financial reporting.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and inviting at all times.
  • Assist clients with questions about our treatments (IV therapy, weight loss, Botox, body sculpting, etc.), prices, promotions, and packages.
  • Coordinate with nurses and treatment providers to ensure smooth client flow.
  • Keep accurate client records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell services, promoting ongoing treatments and specials.
  • Monitor stock levels of retail products and reception supplies; notify management when restocking is needed.
  • Assist management with administrative duties as needed, including data entry, inventory tracking, and monthly reporting.


Requirements:

  • Minimum OND/HND/BSc in relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or customer service representative, ideally in beauty, aesthetics, hospitality, or healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling software (AestheticsPro preferred), POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and genuine passion for client service.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Location: The Baddie Lab, Lagos, Lekki Phase 1

Reports to: Operations Manager

Working Hours: Tuesdays - Saturdays 09:30 AM - 6:00 PM with off days on Sundays and Mondays.
