Job summary

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in settling in, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales while ensuring an exceptional spa experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking in clients  
  • Managing appointments and schedules  
  • Answering phone calls and client inquiries  
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts  
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Assisting in other administrative duties requires

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • A minimum of SSCE is required
  • Be computer literate
  • Any other qualification will be of added advantage
