Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage client appointments, bookings, and scheduling.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Coordinate with therapists, practitioners, and management regarding schedules and client needs.
- Ensure the reception area remains neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks and office support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
