Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Reception and Customer Service

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests warmly and professionally.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide information, and direct visitors to relevant personnel.


Phone Management

  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls to relevant personnel.
  • Make outgoing calls as necessary.


Administrative Tasks

  • Manage front desk operations, including mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and records.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.


Scheduling and Coordination

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.


Communication and Teamwork

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service.
