Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain calendars.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization’s services.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain records, files, and visitor logs.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
- Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
