Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization’s services.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain records, files, and visitor logs.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND
  • 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
