Job summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out process, and excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in a relevant field
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Professional appearance and attitude
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000
