Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and manage bookings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
  • Candidates must reside within Abuja.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
