Job Description/Requirements
- Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and manage bookings.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
- Candidates must reside within Abuja.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
