Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer/screen phone calls, and respond to emails or inquiries in a professional, courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments, manage staff calendars, maintain visitor logs, and organize meeting rooms.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and official documents.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and monitor inventory of office supplies, requesting restocks when necessary.
- Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, and enforce office security procedures.
- Assist with hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and coordinate catering or setup for corporate meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel products and services.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
- Social media management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service roles is an added advantage.
