Job summary
We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients, students, and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, provide administrative support, and maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors, students, and clients professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide information about the company’s services, admission processes, and study destinations.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with consultants.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties, including filing, printing, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Support social media inquiries and handle basic customer follow-up as needed.
- Maintain proper records of visitors and client inquiries.
- Assist with event coordination, student seminars, and office activities when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an education consulting environment is an added advantage.
