Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and professionally attend to patients and visitors.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and record updates.
- Handle calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.
- Verify patients’ HMO eligibility and process approvals and claims.
- Maintain accurate HMO documentation and follow up on pending authorizations.
- Collaborate with the billing and medical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Health Information Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front desk or HMO coordination within a healthcare facility.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management software.
- Must be courteous, attentive, and well-presented.
