Front Desk Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to details.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients and therapists.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with therapists and other staff members to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to guidelines in handling patient information.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc.
- Proximity to Ikoyi is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.)
