Job summary

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients, creating a warm and professional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the dental clinic. The role involves managing appointments, attending to patient inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating HMO treatment approvals and claims.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and directing clients to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communication Management: Screening, answering, and transferring incoming phone calls, as well as managing the company’s email inbox and inquiries.
  • Scheduling: Organizing meetings, maintaining staff calendars, and booking appointments.
  • Clerical Support: Processing official documents, managing mail/deliveries, data entry, and filing.
  • Office Maintenance: Monitoring office supply inventory, restocking materials, and keeping the reception area tidy.
  • Security & Access Control: Managing visitor logs, issuing passes, and enforcing security protocols


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: HND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Ability to create basic content using an app such as CapCut
  • Computer literacy 
  • Must be professional, proactive, and willing to learn.
