Job summary
The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth guest experience at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and attend to inquiries professionally
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage room reservations and bookings
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and front desk documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Handle complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer knowledge
