- Welcome and attend to clients professionally.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries.
- Handle calls, emails, and front desk correspondence.
- Maintain accurate client records and process payments.

Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
