Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update relevant databases.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions where required.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed
  • Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
