Our client, a leading Nigerian spa brand renowned for its award-winning aesthetic and wellness experiences, is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally and courteously.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate client records and update relevant databases.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions where required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-groomed, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
