Front Desk Officer
Job summary
Our client is looking for a courteous, well-organised front desk officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all guests and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage visitor logs and front desk records
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
- Liaise with internal departments as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in any related field
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
