Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Receive, process, and distribute mail, emails, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate visitor records, attendance logs, and reception documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other administrative engagements for management.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the organization's services, policies, and operations.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and conducive to a professional environment.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Support administrative and clerical functions to facilitate efficient office operations.
  • Monitor office supply inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate personnel.


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant office software.
  • Effective organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
