We are looking to hire a Front Desk Officer to join our team

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Guest & Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • ‎Communication: Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls; take messages; and handle general inquiries.
  • ‎‎Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and staff calendars.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Check-in/check-out guests, assign rooms, and issue keys.
  • Process payments and handle guest billing.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and activities.
  • Resolve guest complaints calmly and effectively.
