Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Greeting guests warmly, checking them in/out, assigning rooms, and distributing keys.
- Reservations: Managing bookings and cancellations via phone, email, and in-person. Processing electronic payments and posting charges to guest accounts.
- Communication: Answering calls, forwarding messages, and directing inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Handling guest issues and complaints efficiently and courteously, and working with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Filing, data entry, maintaining records, and keeping the lobby tidy.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Minimum of HND
