Job summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction by coordinating seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Check-ins and Check-outs: Welcome arriving guests, verify reservations, issue room keys, process departures, and calculate final bills.
- Guest Services and Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and fulfill special requests.
- Complaint Resolution: Actively listen to guest feedback, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a pleasant stay.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum of an HND
