Responsibilities:
Guest Reception & Customer Service
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival.
- Handle check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about rooms, facilities, and services.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate room status updates with housekeeping.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Relay guest requests to appropriate departments.
- Maintain smooth communication during shift changes.
Reservations & Bookings
- Manage room reservations via phone, walk-ins, email, or booking platforms.
- Confirm bookings, process payments, and update reservation systems.
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy and room availability.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain an updated guest register or PMS (Property Management System).
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments (POS, cash, transfers).
- Prepare daily activity reports for management.
- Respond to emails, calls, and messages professionally.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow company policies and confidentiality rules.
- Ensure proper filing of guest identification and documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Minimum of OND
