Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging French language lessons to students at different proficiency levels.
- Teach French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence construction.
- Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials based on students' learning needs.
- Assess students' language proficiency and monitor their academic progress.
- Provide individual or group tutoring sessions.
- Assign and evaluate exercises, homework, tests, and assessments.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in French.
- Identify students' learning difficulties and provide additional support.
- Introduce students to French culture, traditions, and communication practices.
- Prepare students for French language examinations where applicable.
Requirements:
- Must currently reside in the listed Island locations.
- Excellent command of French, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and make lessons engaging and effective.
- Punctual, patient, responsible, and passionate about teaching.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an added advantage.
