Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect primary and secondary markets for business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of the School Management Software.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the software to school owners, administrators, principals, and management teams.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvement and competitive positioning.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, client acquisition, and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Submit periodic marketing and sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the implementation and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of an OND.
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
