Join the KOULLS Eats franchise network and launch your own business in the dynamic premium food delivery sector. As a KOULLS Eats franchisee, you will benefit from the power of a brand committed to quality while running your local operation with autonomy. You will be the operational leader of your designated territory, ensuring end-to-end service excellence.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
o Develop Your Network: Recruit, train, retain, and motivate a community of high-quality delivery partner drivers.
o Cultivate Partnerships: Prospect, onboard, and support restaurants in your territory to join the KOULLS Eats platform.
o Guarantee the Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service for consumers, delivery partners, and restaurant partners.
o Manage Operations: Oversee order flows, optimize delivery logistics, and guarantee delivery times.
o Drive Growth: Implement commercial and marketing actions to develop your local market and brand awareness.
o Embody the Values: Uphold the quality, safety, and sustainability commitments of the KOULLS Eats charter.
o Run Your Business: Manage the financial, logistical, and HR aspects of your franchise.
