We are now entering a critical growth phase focused on raising institutional capital and expanding our financial partnerships.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Fractional CFO focused exclusively on fundraising and capital strategy.
This is a capital-raising and investor-facing role, not an operational accounting role.
Your core mission is simple:
Help Trakiva raise capital and structure institutional funding.
Core Responsibilities
1. Fundraising Strategy
- Design and execute Trakiva’s fundraising roadmap
- Identify optimal capital structure (equity, debt, trade finance)
- Position Trakiva for institutional investment
2. Investor Relations
- Build and manage investor pipeline
- Lead investor communications and engagement strategy
- Support fundraising conversations from intro to close
3. Capital Structuring
- Advise on deal structures for investors and partners
- Support valuation strategy and negotiation positioning
- Structure term sheets and fundraising instruments
4. Banking & Trade Finance Engagement
- Engage banks, trade finance institutions, and lenders
- Support development of financing facilities for commodity flows
- Assist in structuring credit-worthy transactions
5. Fundraising Materials
- Refine investor decks, financial narratives, and data rooms
- Strengthen Trakiva’s financial storytelling for institutional capital
Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or capital advisory
- Strong track record of raising capital or supporting funded companies
- Deep understanding of investor expectations and financial structuring
- Experience engaging banks or financial institutions is a strong advantage
- Ability to operate in early-stage, high-growth environments
Engagement Type
- Fractional (Part-Time / Advisory-Based)
- Flexible engagement structure
- Remote-friendly
This role is strictly focused on fundraising and capital strategy support.
Compensation
Compensation will be structured based on experience and contribution, and may include:
- Monthly retainer
- Fundraising success-based incentives
- Performance-linked compensation
- Potential equity consideration (subject to agreement and performance)
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who can actively help Trakiva become a well-capitalized infrastructure company by connecting us to investors, structuring deals, and driving fundraising execution.
This role is best suited for someone who operates confidently in investor environments and understands how to raise capital for early-stage infrastructure or fintech/trade platforms.
