There is a version of this job that is just admin support.

This version is broader: it is about turning priorities into shipped work.

Role: Delivery and Product Operations Lead, reporting directly to the founder and working across both organisations.

Two organisations in Lagos — a premium primary school and a children's financial literacy venture — are hiring one person to close the gap between decisions and delivery.

Ideas are not the constraint. Getting them built, tested and shipped is. You'd be the person who makes that happen.

WHAT YOU'D OWN

→ Turning strategic intent into product requirements a developer can build from

→ Briefing and managing the people who make things: developers, designers, illustrators, editors, curriculum writers, vendors

→ Testing what comes back before it reaches a parent, a student or a customer

→ Automating the manual: admissions, fee tracking, online enrolment, parent communication

→ One project system across both organisations, and one weekly dashboard leadership actually reads

HOW WE'LL BOTH KNOW IT WORKED

Agreed at the start, reviewed at day 90:

1. One major digital product launched

2. Three automations live and in daily use

3. A single project management system across both organisations

4. A weekly executive dashboard in place

5. Founder admin load down at least 40%

If those land, the role grows. That's the deal.

WHAT YOU'D BRING

You don't need to write production code. You do need to understand how software gets built well enough to hold a delivery team to a date — and to spot the difference between progress and readiness.

→ Product or technical project management experience, with shipped work you can walk through end to end

→ Real fluency with AI and automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier or Make, Airtable) — evidenced by things you've built

→ Writing clear enough that a vendor doesn't need a follow-up call

→ The instinct to ask why a process is still manual

Useful, not essential: EdTech exposure (LMS, student information systems, assessment platforms), Notion, ClickUp, Figma, Webflow.
