About The Foundation
Chude and Ego Foundation (CEF) is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of underserved and vulnerable populations through education, inclusion, and social impact initiatives.
The Foundation’s work spans access to quality education through its flagship initiative, OSNON Academy, a free boarding school, as well as advocacy and support for children with developmental needs, including autism. Through strategic partnerships and sustainable models, CEF is committed to building systems that create long-term, transformative impact.
Role Description
The Foundation Manager will lead the day-to-day operations, strategy execution, and growth of the Foundation. This role requires a highly organized, strategic, and execution-driven professional who can translate vision into measurable impact.
The ideal candidate will serve as the central coordination point across programs, partnerships, communications, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Execution
• Drive implementation of the Foundation’s strategic plan and annual objectives
• Translate board and leadership priorities into actionable work plans
• Track performance metrics and impact outcomes across all initiatives
• Support long-term sustainability planning (including social enterprise initiatives)
2. Program & Operations Management
• Oversee the operations of OSNON Academy and other Foundation programs
• Ensure efficient coordination across academic, welfare, and administrative functions
• Develop and implement systems, policies, and operational frameworks
• Manage vendors, contractors, and key service providers
3. Income Generation
• Identify and pursue suitable fundraising opportunities to support the different
programmes/projects.
• Effectively manage and engage donors across all projects – embed a framework to
support consistent delivery
• Develop sustainable income streams to support the foundation’s long-term goals.
4. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and manage relationships with donors, partners, and collaborators
• Lead engagement with corporate partners, NGOs, and government stakeholders
• Support fundraising initiatives, grant applications, and donor reporting
• Represent the Foundation in external meetings and engagements
5. Communications & Brand Management
• Oversee execution of PR and communications strategy
• Coordinate storytelling, media engagement, and digital presence
• Ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning
• Support flagship initiatives (e.g., documentary, campaigns, events)
6. Financial Oversight & Administration
• Work closely with the CFO on budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
• Monitor program budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Support compliance, governance, and reporting requirements
7. Team Leadership & Coordination
• Supervise Foundation staff and consultants
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and mission alignment.

Key Requirements
Experience
• 5 - 10 years experience in nonprofit management, development sector, or social impact
roles
• Proven experience in operations, program management, or strategy execution
• Experience working with donors, partners, or grant funding is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and execution ability
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Financial literacy and ability to manage budgets
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Proficiency in software tools for project management and reporting (e.g., Microsoft
Office, project management platforms)
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Education, Business
Administration, Public Administration, Development Studies, Psychology, or related
disciplines
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, MSc in Development Studies, Education, or related
field) is an advantage.
