Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality international dishes, including Indian, Chinese, English, and Italian cuisines.
- Expertly prepare specialty meals such as lamb chops, lobster, crab dishes, and a variety of international salads.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Develop and execute menus that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor food inventory and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities where required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as an Intercontinental Chef.
- Strong expertise in international cuisines, including Indian, Chinese, English, and Italian dishes.
- Experience preparing premium seafood and meat dishes.
- Excellent food presentation and plating skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Passion for culinary excellence and continuous improvement.
