Job summary
The Food Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily food production activities, operating production and sealing machines, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and coordinating production staff. This is a hands-on role suited to a growing factory environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the production of snacks, party starters, and soups according to company standards.
- Learn and strictly follow recipes and production procedures.
- Operate food production and sealing/packaging machines, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and overall product quality.
- Supervise production assistants and ensure proper task delegation.
- Enforce hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor raw material usage to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Maintain daily production records and report output.
- Assist with factory operations during bulk orders and peak production periods.
- Support with troubleshooting issues related to production processes.
- Maintain a disciplined and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE (OND is an advantage).
- Practical experience in food production, catering, or kitchen operations.
- Experience with Nigerian snacks and traditional dishes is essential.
- Prior experience in a small food factory, catering company, or commercial kitchen is an added advantage.
Location: Arepo, Ogun State
Employment Type: Full-time ( Monday-Saturday)
Remuneration: NGN 100,000-110,000
Resumption Timeline: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with potential for extended hours during peak periods)
