Responsibilities:
- Business Operations: Oversee daily food business operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service.
- HR Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff scheduling.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Team Leadership: Manage inventory, procurement, and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in both HR management and running a food business (restaurant, QSR, or hospitality).
- Skills: Deep understanding of cost control, customer service, and HR best practices.
- Flexibility: Ability to work effectively on a shift-based schedule.
- Proximity: Must be willing to work at the Ikeja Airport Road (MM2) location.
