Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage service operations.
- Supervise waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and other service personnel.
- Ensure customers receive prompt and professional service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory and report shortages.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues.
- Monitor sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure proper recording of orders and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality supervision is required.
- Good leadership and staff coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food service procedures and inventory control.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Monthly
