Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all food & beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and room service.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest dining experiences and profitability
• Supervise, train, and motivate F&B team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation across all F&B areas.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to optimise financial performance.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team on menu design and quality control.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle service recovery when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and hotel policies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, budgets, and operational performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of solid experience in Food & Beverage management within a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Proven track record in leadership, guest relations, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and service standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and inspire a diverse service team.
• High personal integrity, professionalism, and a clean background record.
• Must be flexible and able to work long hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
