Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high quality standards, and controlling costs.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet functions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, budgets, inventory levels, and operational expenses.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate food and beverage staff.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee the procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery efforts professionally.
- Prepare operational reports, sales forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
