Responsibilities:
- Manage daily food & beverage operations and service delivery.
- Supervise F&B staff and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, inventory, and cost control.
- Manage suppliers, stock levels, and F&B budgets.
- Develop strategies to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in F&B/hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven knowledge of F&B operations and cost control.
