Floor Supervisor
Job summary
We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead front-of-house service execution by supervising staff, maintaining service standards, resolving guest issues, and ensuring seamless coordination between the floor, reservations, bar, and kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise hosts, waitstaff, runners, and support staff during service shifts.
- Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure the team is groomed, informed, and service-ready.
- Monitor guest experience actively and resolve complaints or service lapses promptly.
- Oversee seating flow, table turns, reservation fulfilment, and overall floor coordination.
- Enforce SOPs, hygiene rules, service etiquette, and opening/closing checklists.
- Prepare shift reports covering staffing, incidents, guest feedback, sales notes, and operational issues.
Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant, lounge, hotel, or premium hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and guest recovery skills.
- Good understanding of service standards, POS use, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication and ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Flexible schedule and strong floor presence.
- Minimum of HND
