Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Quality:
- Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience by
- delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service.
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Develop staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage during peak hours, special events, and entertainment nights.
Entertainment Coordination:
- Plan, execute, and manage entertainment activities (e.g., live music, themed nights, cultural showcases) that enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with external performers and vendors while ensuring all entertainment aligns with the restaurant’s brand and budget.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee seating arrangements, reservations, and floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor service performance and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Identify and implement upselling opportunities through promotions, special events, and entertainment offerings.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing customer retention and repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a restaurant floor manager in a fine dining setting
- Strong knowledge of fine dining operations and service standards
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to coordinate entertainment activities to enhance guest experience
- A hands-on leader with a solid hospitality background and a focus on revenue generation
- Effective team management and leadership skills
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 250,000/Monthly
Quarterly Bonus: NGN 150,000
