Job Summary

Bizara Logistics is seeking an experienced and highly organized Fleet Manager to oversee the company’s vehicles, drivers, and transport operations. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal fleet performance, compliance with safety standards, and cost-effective maintenance practices.

Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
Experience Level : Mid level
Experience Length : 3 years
Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with regulations.
Coordinate and schedule drivers and routes to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Monitor fleet performance and fuel usage, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements for vehicles, drivers, and transport operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports on fleet activities, maintenance schedules, and operational performance.

Requirements:

Minimum of S.S.C.E
Strong leadership skills.
