Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Efficient reconciliation of all fintech-mobile payment transactions across all internal and third-party systems - payment gateways, bank statements, and others, ensuring accuracy, validity, and completeness.
- Manage and resolve disputes and exceptions, ensuring all revenues, refunds, and adjustments are timely and accurately posted.
- Provide settlement reports to executive management
- Process and manage all payment transactions end-to-end across all payment channels
- Process settlement of all transactions with counter parties - banks, payment processors, switching companies, and others timely.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND
