The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, strategic planning, and compliance with regulatory and internal control standards. The role provides financial insights to drive business decisions, manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, advising management on risks and opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure tax planning, statutory compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operations.
- Lead audit processes (internal and external) and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Drive cost optimization, revenue assurance, and capital investment analysis (ROI).
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, payroll, and financial records.
- Lead and develop the finance team, improving systems, processes, and financial reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Minimum of an MSc
