Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management and board of directors
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage and mentor finance department staff members
- Monitor and report on financial compliance and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and reporting
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- ICAN/ACCA certification is a must.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field and experience in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working with financial systems and software

Remuneration: NGN 12 Million Per Annum
