Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations across the Group.
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements and management accounts.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Analyse financial performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Maintain financial controls, coordinate audits, and ensure tax and statutory compliance.
- Prepare analysis for management and the Board, mentor junior staff, and support ERP improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; ICAN/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
- 5–8 years' progressive experience, preferably in a group, consulting, technology, or multi-entity environment.
- Strong financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany accounting experience.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax requirements, ERP, and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong communication skills.
