Finance and Account Executive
Job summary
FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Account Executive for our client. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support sound financial decision-making.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Monitor budgets and track expenditure against approved budgets.
- Ensure timely tax filings, statutory remittances, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support internal and external audits.
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
- Use ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate financial data and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ICAN (ACA), ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial controls.
- Experience using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
