Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative with experience in the sales of educational materials, research solutions, and scientific equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across institutions, laboratories, research centers, government agencies, and related organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell educational materials, laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, and research-related products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, research institutes, laboratories, and corporate clients.
- Conduct field visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales of educational materials, research solutions, or scientific/laboratory equipment.
- Strong knowledge of the education, laboratory, and research market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field operations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science-related fields, or related discipline is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with educational institutions, laboratories, or government agencies.
- Strong networking and business development abilities.
