Role Description
As a Field Sales Specialist at Aixept Technologies, you will play an essential role in driving sales operations and building strong customer relationships. Your daily activities will include identifying and generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and conducting face-to-face meetings to present and promote AiBiz solutions. Additionally, you will provide product demonstrations, address client inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging and building long-term relationships with clients
- Experience in Sales and Lead Generation with the ability to identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including managing sales pipelines, understanding market trends, and providing informed client recommendations
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Previous experience in the SaaS or technology solutions industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
