Field Sales Rep

Responsibilities:

• Visit businesses and commercial locations to introduce Essential's products and services.
• Identify and engage potential business customers.
• Explain how our app can help businesses manage inventory, record sales, and monitor business performance.
• Demonstrate the application to interested business owners.
• Assist new customers with registration and onboarding.
• Follow up with prospective and newly registered customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with business owners.
• Meet assigned customer acquisition and sales targets.
• Collect customer feedback and report market needs to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Submit regular reports on field activities, prospects, and successful customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• A minimum of SSCE
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer acquisition, POS/fintech sales, or field marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently approach and speak with business owners.
• Basic smartphone and technology skills.
• Ability to explain technology and business solutions in simple terms.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel within assigned locations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be professional, reliable, and presentable
• Experience in field sales is an advantage, but highly motivated candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
