Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Meet MTN FibreX sales goals within assigned estates or clusters.
Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell FibreX solutions to residents, SMEs, and prospects.
Lead Generation: Actively seek new customers through weekday and weekend sales activities.
Team Collaboration: Work with the Fibre Development team to drive presales and sales execution.
Customer Feedback & Engagement: Drive satisfaction and feedback initiatives in assigned areas.
Post-Sales Coordination: Manage queries, complaints, installation workflows, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Reporting: Provide market insights and intelligence to support business planning.
Compliance: Uphold company values, ethics, and work culture.

Requirements:

A first degree in any relevant discipline (Social Sciences, Management, etc.)
Knowledge about sales (telecoms, ICT, FMCG, etc.)
Working Knowledge of Fibre broadband sales and territory sales management is a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
National Diploma or Degree (Required)
