- You have all the influence though no direct report. There are team members who would work together with you to ensure a success of your role.
- You are the No 1 sounding board for business development and partnerships, it is your job to connect to the right set of people to make an opportunity successful.
- When we are not closing deals, it is your job to determine what the issues are and try to fix it.
- When we have a presentation to make, it is your job to ensure that the presentation is ready and meets the Jobberman Standard.
- When we are asked to quote, It is your job to ensure that our service is priced for profitability.
- When a deal is being executed, it is your role to ensure that we have another opportunity lined up within the same company. It is your role to make sure that we do not lose a client for any reason.
- Manage and master an efficient and effective cooperation between business and its clients.
- Ensure communication of new deals to our recruiter and other team members
- Touch point of execution of any product/service partnership
- Frequently report business development updates to the Head of Sales and all relevant stakeholders within the Organization.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets by selling Job Listings, quick recruit services and Banner services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with Employers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through the delivery of proposals and presentations
- Generate leads and opportunities for the business
- Prepare the proposals and present it when necessary
- Responsible for the success and continual growth of the topline of products and services in the market.
- Manage the business relationship on a continuous basis with Clients. This involves but is not limited to scoping needs, getting feedback based on current, future needs and market knowledge.
